"Great hotel, and great for a wedding too "

    Rate:  5 Stars

We had our wedding party here and we also stayed before and after the party.

Excellent customer service, excellent staff who are always very friendly, food was great and the swimming pool and setting are just fantastic.

I guess the location is a bit away from the city centre but they have a shuttle bus to and from there.

Definitely a 5* in every way.

"Excellent hotel and friendly staff "

I love this hotel. Nothing displeases me about this property. Every amenity is wisely appointed and the staff is so helpful. This is what a hotel should be not just thrown together. The bathrooms are excellent and palatial even for their ordinary rooms that I wonder what their suites must be like. The beds, pillows everything is wonderful from the outlets to the sound proofing of the room. I love this experience and I am already plotting to come back here with friends. The staff is amazing that all the stories about Greece`s problem does not show in the demeanor of the employees or their cheerfulness or their eagerness to help make your stay superb. From the shuttle drivers to the concierge to the front desk people they are first rate. These staff members should teach a course in good customer service since they exhibit it so well.

Room tip: I asked for a garden room and did not regret it.

    "Excellent hotel "

We truly enjoyed our stay in this hotel. This is a highly professional hotel, with extreme care for every detail. We did not experience any problems during our stay and did find everything in perfect order, from the great gardens, to the large rooms, excellent breakfast, spotlessly clean environment and very competent friendly staff. There is an overall relaxed atmosphere in which you can quickly and easily feel at home.
I really cannot complain about anything but if I was to identify a less positive aspect it would be the fact that so many exterior guests are to be found at the pool area, providing little area for hotel guests, making quite a mess around the pool area and really providing with too much action around the pool. This is not a majour problem since we could still find hotel sunbeds.
Also, I didn`t really see what went on with children activities but these big resorts generally provide for kids activities, in this case not advertised.
Overall, excellent experience and these minour aspects were really not any problem. I hope to go back very soon since Thessaloniki will now become a frequent travel destination for professional reasons.

    "Absolutly 5*, great stuff!!"

    Rate:  5 Stars

Incomparable hotel not only in the area Thessaloniki. Great welcoming, polite, correct, helpful stuff even being late at the night. Hotel offers shuttle drive at the airport which is very near only about 2km far. Great parking place and care under a ticket system.
Room so warm and inhale you in. Wonderful bed and great sleep. Everything in the room looks at the right place. Bathroom, showers all in spacious place very modern. Wonderful!! No desire going out of the room...
Breakfast too professional. Very high quality food and plenty buffer. Stuff again gives you pleasant and comfort.
Outside pool lies beside and below the restaurant. As you take some steps down from the restaurant suddenly everything is before your eyes very big with tends, sun bets, palm trees. Carefully at pool bar area with the plastic cups need to be replaced because a good time used.
Indoor pool and sauna two different areas in the spa. Separated sauna and stem bath for man and ladies. No extra cost at all. Indoor pool and Jacuzzi gives a very relaxing moment. Clearly maximum raring; inpatient going again!!

Room tip: Probably better have a pool view room.

"The best hotel in Thessaloniki by far."

    Rate:  5 Stars

Best facilities and great rooms. Landscaped pool and peace and quiet.
The service though seems to be slipping off though. We had to fetch the waiter at the brasserie twice. Our kataifi and icecream didn`t arrive after 30 min and we had to leave as my 3 year old was getting cranky..
Don`t miss out on the important things.. Train, train, train your stuff.
Also I really preferred the previous incarnation of the spa!

Very nice hotel, large rooms, large pool and gardens, very good restaurant, breakfast was included and was excellent as was the dinner menu and food. I found the staff more than ready to help with anything, great attitude. Very close to the airport. The only complaint I have is the internet speed is stunningly slow, with the occasional download speed of 10 kB/s, slower than dial up.

"The most luxury hotel in Thessaloniki"

    Rate:  5 Stars

Every time I go to Thessaloniki I stay in this hotel. It is situated in the vicinity of the town, so the place is very relaxing and not crowd. With a taxi you can go fast to the center of the town. The hotel is luxury and clean. There is a beautiful park, nice restaurants and bars. The breakfast is famous. They also have perfect business meeting rooms.

Room tip: Choose a room with a view to the park.

Hayatt in Thessaloniki is one of my favorite hotels! The rooms are so spacious ! They have that aristocratic but simple decor that creates a relaxing experience . Great bed with a spotless white quilt , fantastic marble bathroom with separate shower and a walking closet . Breakfast is amazing in quality and assortment. The only disadvantage is its location which is far away from the center . Highly recommended !

Moved here after a pretty mediocre stay at a local hotel. Much nicer. Staff was professional and helpful. Shuttle to airport was great. Comfortable beds. TV reception was poor. During lighting storms, the hotel lost power several times late at night. This would reset the electrics in the room with the unfortunate ate side effect of turning on the light by the door. Not very good for sleeping. Overall, though, a fine place to stay.
