    "Perfect for a family. "

    Rate:  5 Stars

We have just returned from our first visit to the Sani beach hotel. We had a brilliant time. We have 2 boys aged 3 and 4. We paid for them to go in the creche each morning. The staff there were great, and the kids were asking to go again. We Initially had adjoining rooms in the main building of the hotel (a block) overlooking the pool. We found this to be a bit noisy in truth, so we were moved to the top floor at the end of a corridor of b block overlooking the sea. This suited us much better. I would say the standard double rooms are pretty basic to be honest. The beds are old and the furniture is old. Even the dvd players are so cheap they don`t play all dvd`s. Not 5 star by any stretch of the imagination. This for us though was the only problem. The resort is really nice, the food is great. lovely clean beaches with safe shallow water. The marina with all the restaurants in the evening is perfect. Anyone that thinks they can go to a 5 star and not have to pay 5 euro`s for a beer is dreaming. So be prepared to spend money when you get there. I have to say it`s well worth it though. The (free) outdoor theatre and cinema are a nice touch, as are the (free) childminders on the beach and the (free) kids club for over 4`s. We are in the process of rebooking for next year!!

Room tip: b block overlooking the sea, not the pool. Buy yourself some beer/wine and nibbles in the shop at t...

"So perfect it almost doesnt seem real !"

Firstly its a pretty long journey to your hotel from the airport so I would suggest that you book return transport in advance as we did and be prepared for a fast journey. The hotel is in a beautiful location , lots of birds ( sparrows on the beach ! ) with a marina as a central point. Its all very beautiful but almost not quite real somehow. Food was plentiful with a great selection. If you are a couple and enjoy a quieter breakfast or dinner there is a restaurant within the hotel next to the main one. You are generally more pampered here . We booked a junior suite room with a sea view and we did appreciate the extra space and privacy especially when sitting out on the veranda. We went as a couple with our teeenage daughter but if you have young children I would imagine it to be paradise for the children and yourselves as parents. Its a safe little haven where you would feel comfortable allowing your children to play being really child friendly. If I had any negative comment its simply that you could have been any place in the world, it was missing that true Greek feel that I go to Greece for.Overall though you cant fault what this resort has to offer and I personally would recommend a stay of ten days or more as it takes you a while to find your way around and discover the various restaurants etc that are on offer.

    "Hotel Heaven "

    Rate:  5 Stars

Me, my husband and my three children aged 15, 11 and 8 visited the Sani beach hotel and spa on the 23rd of July. This wasn`t our usual hotel but because it was my birthday we decided to splash the cash and go all out on this fabulous resort. On arrival after a 50 minute coach transfer from the airport we were greeted with open arms by the staff offering everyone complimentary champagne or fresh orange juice. We were also given small cold wet towels to cool us down also on arrival. This hotel was very impressive and the bell boys who carried your bags to your room were very helpful. The food was good and the dine around program was a great way to explore the resort and have a look at all the beautiful boats in the marina. One problem we found at the hotel were the strict rules about sunbeds, if you would like to have sunbeds you must go down and stay with your chosen sunbeds until 9am. If you leave your sunbeds before 9am the beach buddies will remove your towels and other guests will be able to have your sunbed. The rooms were always kept in presteen clean condition and the complimentary dressing gowns and slippers were a lovley touch. Something that me and my family found a bit over welming about this resort was also the size. Everything is very spaced out and the other two sani hotels also share the same marina adding to the size. The staff were very helpful and alway did there best to ensure you had everything you need. The welcome and leaving meeting are very helpful and I would advise visiting them to get the know how on this big resort. It was a beautiful resort and one of the best holidays me and my family have been on. LOVED IT!

"2nd visit to Sani and still LOVE it"

    Rate:  5 Stars

Myself and a friend spent a week at Sani Beach Hotel in May. My second visit, first for my friend. It was just exactly how I remembered it from 3 years ago!

Our room was lovely, overlooking the sea and main pool. We had a shower, no bath tub but the shower was amazing, who wants a bath in this heat!! The food was lovely as always, spoilt for choice and plenty for everyone. We did eat in the adults restaurant and a couple of days in the main restaurant. We used the dine around option a couple of times and ate by the marina. Please note if staying full board you have to pay for drinks which are very expensive.

The weather wasnt that great, cloudy most days but when the sun does come out its lovely. We mainly spent the day at Bousoulas Beach which is quieter and away from the hotel and you do get a lovely breeze.

We went to see a show a couple of times, mainly west ends ones and they were very good.

    WIll definitely return again

You can borrow all the latest DVDs from the reception to watch of s night and the shows they put on are amazing like watching a show at the west end! Yes it`s expensive ß‚¬10 euros for a cocktail ß‚¬15 euros for a bowl of pasta at lunch but your on holiday and you pay for what you get. Will be returning next year best hotel I have been to

"More sunbeds than people for a change..."

    Rate:  5 Stars

Smart, clean and mainly excellent, though if you are travelling without kids then think twice about this place because it was full of them and the sunbed wars are a sight to observe at 6am, though you can always find one on the beaches. Without kids in tow, then always book in advance to eat in the adults only restaurant and they do enforce the dress code etc. Food choice and quality was usually very good and thank goodness, they actually did some Greek food!
The complex is very large though isolated, so trips out on their bus service are a useful escape and the free trip on the hotel boat was excellent half-day.
Shows ranged from good to mmm and some of those performing must avoid Simon Cowell.

Room tip: As for a high floor overlooking the pool areas

"Great value five star luxury "

    Rate:  5 Stars

Don`t really understand those who moan about the prices here - for five star luxury (which this place definitely is) we thought it was incredibly good value. The drinks are worth every penny, considering the fantastic service and the beautiful location of the bars - particularly Bousoulas Beach Bar which was out of this world. Same goes for those who moan about the Russians - they were absolutely fine, really don`t see the problem. Nothing much to add to everyone else`s comments except to say: stay away from the pool if you want to avoid your fellow Brits, and put your name down on the waiting list for breakfast at Ammos bar - not for the food, which is good but limited, but for the supermodel service and stunning location. Also, take out a pedalo (from Bousoulas beach, not from in front of the swimming pool) on a calm sunny day and spend an hour sliding into the crystal clear water. Heaven.

Overall, I can see why people go back year after year. Sani represents luxurious elegance, with friendly informality thrown in. What`s not to like?

Room tip: Sea view is a must - and what a sea view it is!

    "Great service "

    Rate:  4 Stars

Just returned from lovely 2 week holiday With my 11and 13year old beautiful resort great food brilliant service
Lots of annoying greedy arrogant Russians but they are everywhere so we have to live with it.
Staff were great I particular Dirk and Christina also Janis and Evie downsides are
Teen club always late and changing schedule not enough to do football pitch always booked for soccer camps and pool volleyball always swamped by adults so they only did a 5 a side matchmwhichmhadnto be on the grass as the pitch was booked and they did tennis once as the first week we showed up,they had changed the schedule and were all on a boat somwhere, so not impressed with the club everything else you have to,pay for.
The dine around menu is ok but the restaurants don`t like giving you the dine around menu as they don`t make any money for it and you have to ask for it and they begrudgingly give it to you, the only one that seemed ok was Macoroni they have great pizzas but Tomato were particularly rude when we asked for the dine around and the service was terrible so we never went back, the other guests agreed and they make you feel like you are trying to get a free dinner! Not impressive!
The water sports are VERY expensive so if you are looking for a waters port holiday this is not for you.
Water ski lesson is ß‚¬60 waterski go is ß‚¬40 to use the inflatables is ß‚¬10 and to,use the pull along motorised sofa thing was ß‚¬70 for 4 of us and that was with a discount.
Drinks are expensive but that`s life I suppose, Mohitos the bar in the marina is good as they had happy hour so,we used that a lot.
Would probably go back if they sorted out the half board thing but I understand that the tennis and water sports and did a better programme for the kids in the kids club I know the tennis and water sports are separate from the hotel so would like to say the hotel is great and if they sorted out the water sports and the dine around problem then I would go back every year.

I stayed in Sani Beach hotel in July and it is probably one of the best hotels i have visited. The rooms are perfect and the view is spectacular.I loved the sandy beach and the crystal clear waters in front of the hotel.Very good facilities,a great spa, during the morning and dinner buffet you are spoilt for choice(and you can choose between two restaurants!)There was nothing you can`t find in this resort. It even had a marina with shops and a cinema.Whether you go with friends, your partner or your family Sani Beach caters for all.I highly recommend to anyone who needs a relaxing holiday by the sea and combine simplicity with luxury in a very unique way.

    "Great destination"

    Rate:  4 Stars

Last week, we went to the Sani Beach Hotel. We can say that the reality is close to the promise. Indeed, the hotel area is very nice with the gardens and the marina. The hotel is not exceptional, a little commonplace but comfortable and cosy.
We would like to underline the quality of the staff : very polite, nice, welcoming and open-minded.
However, if we have to put out a bad point : it should be the excursions ! In fact, if you do not have 1500€ for excursions budget, you will be very disappointed ! Yes, because the hotel only proposes you private excursions ! And after all, we find out that they also proposes group excursion but they do not want to give us any information : according to them it was our job to call the organizer ...
I think that it is quite unacceptable for the 5* hotel.

And if you think to discover traditional Greece ... you will be a little disappointed again, it`s quite superficial even if it is a great place

But the reason why we wanted to write a comment today, is to giving you an advise : if you go to sani resort, whatever the hotel, you should, you have to, you MUST go to Mojito Bar !!! We discovered this one the first night during the "happy hours" and after we came back every evening until the last day ! More than delicious cocktails, and a very nice atmosphere , we met incredible people ! From the beginning, we`ve got a very good feeling with them, it was easy to speak with them ! And the last night ? Just fabulous thanks to mijito bar`s staff ! It was like if we were in holidays with friends, not just customer relationship.
We hope to keep in touch with some of them !

So believe us : try it and you will come back every day !!!
And by the way, we would like to thank them again !!
