"Only good things to say"Rate:  5 Stars
My wife and I stayed at the Atrium Hotel in Potos for two weeks in June 2009. The hotel looks just as good as their website promised. The room was spacious and modern, quite a surprise for such a small greek town like Potos. Plenty of closets and drawers so we could store all our stuff for a two-week holiday. The balcony was confortable and had a nice view, though unfortunately in the second week we had a noisy family as next-door neighbors and they spent nights talking loud in the balcony which ended up being quite annoying... The bathroom was also spacious and featured a good shower. Cable-tv with many channels, most of them Greek except for some German exceptions (most of the guests are from Germany).
Breakfast buffet and dinner were included in the package. Food was nice and offered plenty of choices, including many traditional Greek dishes for us to try. I am allergic to tomatoes and after speaking to the hotel management they started to offer at least one hot dish without tomatoes every night during my stay (believe it or not, in our first night literally every single hot dish contained tomatoes). The restaurant staff was very friendly, especially Cristina, the head waitress, who always made sure to cater to everyone`s needs with a smile on her face.
There is a decent speed internet connection in the room (cable) and also wifi (though our room was not located in the best spot in the hotel, so the connection was not very stable). Hwever the wifi worked perfectly in the garden, pool area and even on the beach.
The pool is pleasant, though not very big. The really nice details is that the hotel is right on Potos Beach, so we could easily walk from the pool to the beach for a swim (or for lunch in a Taverna) and then come back to relax.
The hotel is located near the far end of Potos Beach, so it doesn`t get crowded and you can rest or swim in peace. It can be very relaxing both during the day and night, and you are only a short walk (10min by the beach) to the center of Potos where all the tavernas, bars, restaurants and shops are located.
There is much more to write about Atrium Hotel, but to make a long story short I`d like to say my wife and I had a very pleasant holiday where we thoroughly enjoyed our stay. The room was very good (the best we`ve had in years travelling to Greece) and the staff was just very friendly, especially the following people: Giorgio (the manager), Vassili (night portier) and Catarina (head waitress). It certainly made our trip even more special, offering a lot of comfort in such a small place like Potos.
Highly recommended! As a matter of fact, we are even considering returning in September to catch the end of the season, which we were told is just as good as early June.

"One of the best beach family holidays ever!"Rate:  5 Stars
Went for a week holiday at Atrium with family and friends and did not regret for a moment! The hotel is small enough to be more friendly than the big ones, so you get to know most of the staff and get to see how genuinly happy they are to tell them how happy we are at their hotel - this is probably why is so nice, they try hard and do this in a friedly manner! The hotel is on a great beach (umbrellas and towels are on the house). You can do nice scuba around, perfect for kids, shallow water and sand on the bottom. They also have a nice pool. All spotless clean, rooms large enough for three. Breakfast and dinner very good. Overall, great vacation! We`ll go again!

"One of the best for a perfect holiday in every way!"Rate:  5 Stars
The Atrium Hotel in Thassos has everything for people who like small hotels that are uncommercial, stylish, modern, quiet and luxurious. It is a little gem! The rooms are beautiful, clean. The service is excellent. The food was lovely and very reasonable. The staff are very friendly. The hotel is situated on the beach. You don`t have to claim a sun bed early. The location was very good too. There were tavernas within walking distance. This jewel in the crown is definately a place we would recommend and hope to visit again.

"Boutique hotel at package deal prices"Rate:  5 Stars
The Atrium exceeded expectations. We booked it via thomson as a package summer holiday with our 7 year old son. The family room was fantastic our son had his own room, We shared a fantastic bathroom. The balcony was to die for. with great views over the sea and a perfect view of the sun set.
The hotel has spared no expense with any of the fixtures and fittings and this extends to the out doors with a very well maintained pool area (wooden sun loungers), hammocks and a very boutique style bar area.
The hotel is small and as such for some it may be quiet but we all enjoyed it.. within 100 metres there are a couple of great bars which had high standards of food for lunch and if we had choosen to great evening menus too.
The hotel buffet again was of a good standard and the surroundings of the dining room again had spared no expense.
The beach is literally on the door step and extends along to Potos. The beach beds were rarely 50% taken which provided a level of privacy and at 6 euros a day for two beds and a parasol good value.
Our 7 year old son loved snorkeling along by the rocks at the far end of the beach and the sea was crystal clear so ideal snorkelling conidtions.
I could not fault any of the holiday and would stuggle to believe anyone that could...

"Back again 1 year later and still very good!"Rate:  5 Stars
We came to Potos for 2 weeks in July. Sometimes you stay in a hotel and the second stay is not as good. Well, I can say that our second visit was as good as last year (see my previous review).
Great beach, lovely pool, superb food and always smiling service. Highly recommended! The position is wonderful. 10 minutes walking distance form Potos, but away from the noise.

"The best hotel in Potos! and maybe the whole of Thassos?"Rate:  5 Stars
We spent 2 weeks at the Atrium in August with our 2 children aged 9 and 12. We had a two level family room, with 2 bedrooms, 2 bathrooms and 2 terraces and a view of the sea. We also had breakfast and dinner included. All at a reasonable price.
We cannot find fault with the hotel. There is a wonderful clean pool area. The beach is just a few metres away with nice sun chairs and umbrellas and free for guests of the hotel. The food in the restaurant is top notch and varied.
There is a lovely taverna for lunch close to the pool bar. The hotel is immaculate and extremely well maintained. The rooms are super clean and most importantly of all - everyone working at the hotel is polite, obliging, helpful and smiling (isn`t that what a holiday is about? smiling?). The hotel is in an extremely quiet part of Potos but still only a 5 minute walk from the village.

"three days vacation.the hotel beautiful."Rate:  4 Stars
we had a 3 day escape to the island first days of june. the hotel is nice and in front of the sea. the rooms clean and spacious, had all basics. the island is quiet and i prefered Potos from other locations. The hotel has also a pool so if you want to relax without much noise you lay all day and enjoy refreshments. Generally for 3 days is a right choice.
Room tip: visit the restaurant
