"Amazing Family Holidays!"

Rate:  5 Stars

We had such an amazing time. The hotel view is like a fairy tale setting! \The service waqs amazing delicious food, clean rooms The kids adored the pool and me too as the water is sea water so it was safer for the children;s skin (and ours too). We will visit again as soon as possible.

"Fantastic Finikas!"

Rate:  5 Stars

We have just come back from a week at Finikas Hotel and loved every minute of it.

We stayed in a standard room, which was spacious and well furnished with a large en suite shower room and a balcony looking out over the sea. Although we spent little time in the room it was a lovely place to come back to. The rooms, grounds and pool were spotless at all times.

The location of the hotel is fantastic, in a quiet, secluded and unspoilt area of the island. There are some lovely beaches within walking distance and we often had the beach to ourselves. There is plenty to explore in the area and on the rest of the island, should you hire a car.

However the best part about the hotel is the staff. They were always cheerful and attentive, without being overbearing and nothing was ever too much trouble. Every staff member (groundsman, cleaners, restaurant staff, reception & management) were charming, informative and eager to ensure we were having a good stay.

The breakfast was brilliant, lots of choice and we over indulged every day. We ate at the restaurant a few times for both lunch and dinner, and thought the food was very good, though due to the sophistication of the menu it was a little more expensive than the local tavernas.

We are a young coupe who were looking for a relaxing holiday away from the usual holiday crowds and Finikas was the perfect find. We would certainly go back!

"WOW - impressive luxury immersed in peacful surroundings"

Rate:  5 Stars

We foud this hotel looking for a peaceful but high end accomadation in a natural part of the island, and after a few very helpful emails exchanged with the manager Mr Vournas we booked Finikas Hotel. From the extremely informative check in briefing to the attention to detail they paid in the rooms decor and furnishings our stay was perfect from start to end.

The room we had had a wonderful balcony and a seaview and despite being near the pool it was very quiet and relaxing, it was a nice experience to enjoy such luxury in greece where we often stay in more spartan accomodation but as an anniversary treat and after 24 hours travelling it was just what we needed.

The food is top quality as was the restaurant service (no buffet, all drinks served by hand) and despite being a hotel with facilities for families we were never once disturbed by children.

Pyrgaki beach is great and allows for long romatic walks and nearby there are also more lovely beaches like Mikri Vigla, Alyko and Kastraki, each with different views but equally charming.

I strongly reccomend this hotel to anyone wanting true relaxation and quietness while still being able to enjoy the facilities and amenities of a real 4*.

Make sure you have a car/scooter/quad though as the surrounding countryside, hillside villages and beaches are all very pretty and traditional and finikas is in a stratgically advatageus spot to go and visit them! Finally despite being in a truly peaceful part of the island if you do have a car then naxos chora and the busy west coast is only 20-30 minutes drive away so you can enjoy the fun there too!

"Beautiful/quiet/welcoming/luxury hotel"

Rate:  5 Stars

We had a wonderful stay at the Finikas Hotel, management and staff were really welcoming and nice. The pool/pool bar/ restaurant/ and beach are really nice and pretty, very well kept and confortable. The rooms are really well designed/beds are goods and big, bathrooms are nice. It is very calm ( we only heard the sea during the nights). Otherwise, the hotel is 15-20 min drive from the port and really close to beautiful beaches, it is easy to join archeologicals site / restaurants / bars.
At the end, we really recommand you to stay in Finikas for a short stay weekend or even for a week.

Room tip: The hotel is situated in a environment which very calm, and all room as a view on the sea and the be...

"Outstanding!"

Rate:  5 Stars

We really enjoyed our stay at this beautiful hotel. Somewhat secluded, close to a long beach and conveniently located in a position that is perfect if you`re looking for relax and peace of mind.

The service we received at Finikas has been impeccable; me and my wife have travelled a lot, in many countries and through various luxurious accomodations. However we never found the same level of service, support and attention to details in any of the places we`ve visited before. Finikas Hotel and its staff have provided an oustanding quality of service and accomodation, on a very personal, yet extremely professional basis (and their breakfast was simply unforgettable!) The premises are best-kept and very well maintained; you can definitely see why it is part of the Small Luxury Hotels of the World.
We`d definitely love to come back one day and spend some more time.

Just returned from a trip in the Aegean where our first stop was Naxos. We found the Finakas hotel delightful. So much so that we returned there on the way back from other Islands, for our last few days.Dimitri the manager was extrememly helpful in many ways.He made our stay relaxing and was attentive to all our needs. He certainly went above and beyond in sorting out all the accomadation on various Islands. The staff were proffessional and polite. The standard and cleanliness of the rooms ,pool and gardens were first rate. You couldn`t fail to have a pleasant stay at this hotel. All six people in our group were of the same opinion

"Excellent hotel"

Rate:  5 Stars

We (my wife, son and I) spent 11 nights at Finikas at the end of June and enjoyed a wonderful holiday at this hotel. The hotel itself is relatively small and has the feel of a friendly, family hotel. It is very clean and the room (we stayed in an executive suite) was large and nicely furnished, However, the best part of the hotel for us was the friendliness and laid-back efficiency of the management and staff. It truly felt that we were among friends. As mentioned in most previous comments the location is a little off the beaten track but again this is a bonus. The nearby beaches are clean and quiet and the sea is wonderful. For kids, we recommend the sandy beach about 10 minutes walk (2 minutes drive) towards Pyrgaki. The beach shelves very gently into the sea and it is very safe for kids to play there. We also recommend the small taverna that is about a 5 minute walk away in the same direction. It is run by two very nice ladies who will lead you into the kitchen for you to choose from the small selection of dishes they have cooked that day. It might not look too appetising sometimes but we guarantee it will be delicious (and anyway, I think they need the business). So, all-in-all, we can highly recommend this hotel and would definitely return. Thanks to all the staff for making us feel so welcome.

"Relaxing stay, wonderful service"

Rate:  5 Stars

We just stayed 4nights in Finikas and loved the place. We had a great room with a sea view with our own balcony. The location of the hotel is great if you want to have a quiet location and just enjoy the beach and sun. The close by beaches are actually the best in Naxos (at least on our opinion) and we didn`t really care for even trying the other ones after passing them by. The service as the hotel and its restaurant could not have been better. You should also try the restaurant, it is a bit more expensive than the other ones around but the food is really very good.

"Fabulous!"

Rate:  5 Stars

Our family of four stayed at the Finikas Hotel for 4 days in early July and loved it. The staff is super friendly and helpful. The facilities are lovely -- our room was comfortagble and large with a separate bedroom for the adults and large bathroom. Nearby beaches just a short walk away are spectacular, and the views of the sea from the hotel are breathtaking. The hotel location is great, just off the beaten track, yet not too far. Breakfasts were excellent and the outdoor dining area was perfect. We highly recommend Finikas and hope to return soon!

Our family of four spent four wonderful nights at the Finikas Hotel, and it exceeded our expectations. The location is fantastic -- off the beaten track but not too far, and close to spectacular, secluded beaches. The view of the sea from the hotel is lovely, and we enjoyed the pool. Our room was spacious and comfortable. The staff was exceptionally helpful and friendly. In short, eight thumbs up from our family -- we hope to return soon!
