"Good value hotel in a good location"Rate:  4 Stars
This hotel is well located with good views of the lake.
Our room could easily accomodate 2 adults and two children. The balcony overlooking the lake was nice.
The bathroom is quite basic, but adequate.
The breakfast was good.
There was plenty of parking near the hotel, but I`m not sure what the parking situation is like at the height of the season.
Overall we were happy withn this hotel.

"very nice hotel"Rate:  5 Stars
I stayed at Hotel Kastoria for 3 days in July with my husband and my teenage daughters. Our room had a view of the lake and was very clean and comfortable. The staff was very helpful in anything we asked for. They treated us like we were part of their family. Their breakfast was very good, they had a wide selection of food so we all ate good.
I highly recommend this hotel to all my friends and to anyone who is reading this, its a wonderful hotel with nice rooms and a wonderful location. Thank you to the owners for making our stay enjoyable.... and we look forward to seeing you again.

"Cant complain"Rate:  4 Stars
We just stayed at this hotel, with my family and had 2 rooms next to each other, both with a great view of the lake, the rooms were a little small, but good comfortable beds, and had all you needed. The bathroom was a little small with a shower bathroom, but at least it had a cabin and water didnt spill out on the floor.
They were very helpfull at the front desk and it had a really good quality rich breakfast, with french toast, omelletes fresh orange juice, and many more selections.
We paid 70 euros per night per room which is reasonable good value, especially since it was holiday season. I have stayed at other hotels which were more expensive, and out of the town.

"Ideal spot and view"Rate:  3 Stars
If your main point of focus is the location, do not hesitate and book at once. Situated right by the lake of Kastoria it is a charming location with a magnificent view of the lake. As for the rooms they are very small as well as the bathroom, decent in terms of cleanliness if you are not very demanding. Forget the balconies, they are too small to consider. It is a pity because with such a view it should be larger than the room. The price was competetive at least during August. Other pros: Flat televisionnd free internet The breakfast was adequate although the lady responsible was rude because we arrived 15 minutes before closing hour and I had the audacity to ask for some coffee and orange juice! Overall it needs some renovation, some modernisation.
Room tip: Quiter rooms are at the upper floors and away from the main entrance

"Lovely hotel with superb view"Rate:  4 Stars
This is a lovely hotel on the edge of the lake, not in the centre of town. Ask for a lake view room to have a superb, large, modern, elegant room with spectacular view of the lake and its pelicans. Totally comfortable, splendid bathroom, friendly staff. While in Kastoria, don`t miss driving/walking/running round the perimeter road round the peninsular which affords splendid views of the lake and its environs. Worth its price, easy parking outside in September.
