"Great Value and Wonderful People"Rate:  4 Stars
This was a wonderful find for my husband and I when we traviled to Santorini. We enjoy cooking our own means and doing things at our own pace and this lined up wonderful. The owners were wonderful, kind and helpful they picked us up at the airport (but they will pick you up where-ever) and drive us into town or really anywhere. If you wanted to rent a car or quad they quickly set you with local business for a very reasonable rate. Any questions you had, they`d do their best to help you. There was free wifi in the reception area, the rooms were cleaned very nicely daily, the apartments were comfortable (beds a little hard but meh). They had a pool on site and were a 30 second walk to the beach however you could see the ocean from all the apartment views.
I highly recommend this place to couples that what quiet, a great deal, want privacy, and would like a kitchen.

"The most friendly holiday ever!"Rate:  5 Stars
I have just returned from a lovely week at Anna Apartments where I stayed along with 13 others in my wedding party as I was getting married in Santorini. The experience was great right from booking it to getting dropped off at the airport to go home. Anna and her husband are such lovely friendly people and drove to the shops each day so we could get food etc. and when my dad dropped his glasses in the sea they took him to an opticians and then went later with him to pick up a new pair - they couldn`t have been more helpful!
The rooms are lovely and are cleaned every day. As we had booked out the entire place and spent time `visiting` each other on patios and balconies for lunch etc I can tell you all the rooms are equally nice, and each one is unique. We ate out most nights in a lovely restaurant `Galini` just a few minutes walk away but when we ate i for a couple nights the self-catering facilities were perfectly ok to cook a basic meal - pots, frying pans, kettle, hob, utensils etc.
The gardens are alo beautiful with flowering plants, grapevines, fresh herbs etc growing everywhere and the pool was pristinely clean. There are lot of tables and chairs as well as sun loungers so even if the place had lots of people there are always quiet places to sit. The location was perfect for us; nice and peaceful countryside but still within 5 minutes drive of the supermarket, 10 minutes walk of a mini market with food & tourist gifts and only 2 mins walk to the beach! The beach was stony and it was further away to the more touristy sandy beaches of Kamari or Monolithos but I acutally preferred the beach right beside Anna apartments because it was so peaceful.
All in all, a great place, and we can`t wait to return!
Room tip: The upstairs apartments have a balcony with a sea view, but the four poster beds in the ground floor...

"The place to be...!"Rate:  5 Stars
Me and my wife stayed @annas for 2 weeks in june 2013, and let me say its not easy to find the right words to describe what happend! We felt in love from the first moment on!!!
Anna and Elia picked us up at the airport, gave a us a lovley and warm welcome within Santos(sweet greek wine) and an answer for every need or question we had. Altogether it was the perfect holiday, cause THEY made it perfekt.
The apartments were clean, typical greek style(furniture and architecture) and with a handmade and nice decoration. 150m walk to the beach, with black sand and no one else... neither right nor left.
Directly at the apartements is a nice fresh-water pool (no chlorine!) that invites you to hang out the whole day. Umbrellas, wooden sunloungers surrounded by a typical Santorini lavastone wall to protect you from the wind.
Anna and Elia came every single day to see if everything is OK for you and offer you help, whatever it takes. Drive you to the supermarket, drop you and pick you up at Kamari/Oia or Fira...it doesn`t matter what, just ask for it, they`ll help you with a honest smile.
Spezial THX to Alicia the housekeeper. Charming, funny and fantastic tipps what to do on Santorini beside the touristic highlights.
I recommend a scooter (from Annas brother ;) ) to see all the archaeological highlights on Santorini and to be indipendent on this beautiful and impressing island!
The only catch might be the airport, which is close to the apartement. Honestly we never felt bothered by it, more like the opposite, it was interesting to see the airplanes start and land.
So...if you want to have a great time on Santorini and be free from every trouble, try out Anna Apartment and be part of the family atmosphere there....
Greetz to Anna, Elia and Alicia...we`ll come back for sure....THX`s for everything! You made our vacation a gorgeous experience!!!
See you next year!

"Better than expected"Rate:  5 Stars
We booked this holiday after researching the island a far bit and was not disappointed. The accommodation was a lot better than a lot of cheap Greek places I have stayed, fully equipped and extremely clean (was cleaned every day). The bathroom was your usual Greek bathroom, very small and basic but everything worked and no trouble with hot water. The apartments are extremely close to the airport but we were aware of that so it wasn`t a problem, and when we travelled at the beginning of the season there were only half a dozen or so flights a day, mainly daytime/early evening when we were out anyway. Be aware the if you travel very early as we did the pool wasn`t filled, but after a couple of days it was so again it wasn`t a problem. There are plenty of beaches nearby for swimming. Anna and Illias (sorry if the spelling`s wrong) couldn`t be more helpful and I was quite sad to leave them in the end. They will pick you up from the airport/port if needed but make sure you contact them first so they know the time you will be arriving. They will also give you lifts to Kamari or Fira and the local supermarkets. We had some sort of drink/food given to us daily from them which was very nice indeed. I have travelled in Greece quite a bit and always found the Greeks very friendly and giving but have never before experienced the genuine kindness of this lovely couple. We hired a small car for the week which didn`t cost much and made getting around a lot easier. The resort is only 20 minutes from Fira, and aobut 35 minutes from Oia. Both these places are lovely but it was nice to get back to the resort for a bit of peace and quiet (even with the odd plane), and get away from the crowds. Admittedly you do miss the stunning sunsets on this side of the island but if you are awake early enough you can see equally stunning sunrises without having to actually get out of bed!

I stayed at Anna`s for 3 days back in April and it was perfect. The apartments are clean, and the owners are the nicest people. Because we were there on the second week of April most restaurants were still close so Anna`s husband drove us to a Tavern nearby and ask the owner of the place to drive us back once we finish dinner -who does that? :) We rent a car the next day but on the last day, her husband also drove our luggage to the airport (did not fit on the small european car we rented) and gave us a bottle of wine that they make in the property which was delicious. The apartments are close to the beach and for the price you pay it is one of the best deals in the island.

we have just returned from a stunning one week holiday in Santorini staying at Anna`s apartments. Anna and her husband were the most hospitable people we have ever met, they made our holiday a very relaxing and special experience. The apartments are fantastic, close to the beach (slight amount of pebbles but perfect for a quiet swim away from the more busy beaches). We decided not to hire a car/scooter which was not a problem as Anna or her husband were on hand to drive us where ever we needed to go. They also advised on trips to go on and arranged for us, nothing was too much trouble. We have been home for only a few hours and already planning when we can return next year. I can not fault this place, it is a hidden gem and highly recommended if you want to relax away from the busy towns of Oia and Fira

"Excellent place, Excellent people!"Rate:  5 Stars
I recently stayed in Anna Apartments as a part of a group of 14 for my sister`s wedding (12th to 19th June). We had booked the whole place for 1 week and it was fabulous.
Firsty, Anna and her husband are so friendly and helpful. They picked us up from the airport and took us anywhere we wanted to go all week: the supermarkets, bank machines, into town, and even to the optician`s when my dad lost his glasses! They were very attentive without being in our faces. They welcomed us with a drink when we arrived and Anna brought us treats she baked and fresh fruit all week. They even gave us gifts when we left at the end of the week!
The apartments were well stocked and everything was in good working order. The airconditioning was very much appreciated. Anything you didn`t have Anna or her husband would get for you immediately. The apartments are cleaned daily with fresh towels being put out everyday. There are plenty of hangers in the wardrobes and hanging racks for wet clothes/washing outside each room on the balconies/terraces. There was hand soap provided in the bathrooms. It is a good idea to bring your own pool/beach towel.
The pool was bliss and there are plenty of sun loungers and umbrellas.
It is a less than 5 minute walk to the stony black beach and we swam in the sea several tmes although - be warned - the waves could be quite rough!
Just by the beach is the Galini taverna, where we ate almost every night because the prices were so reasonable and it was so close. The food is very good, plenty of variety even if you don`t like fish/seafood or traditional Greek foods. The staff were always very friendly and brought us something on the house (such as pudding for everyone) on almost every occasion!
There is a mini market approx 10-15 mins walk away with plenty of foods/souvenirs to keep you going, although some things are quite pricey. We only walked once as Anna or her husband drove us the other times. It is just as good as going to the larger supermarket in Kamari.
Santorini was absolutely beautiful, the weather was brilliant - sunny every day, temp in the 30s - Anna apartments were perfect, and Anna and her husband were so friendly and kind.
Couldn`t recommend more really. Would love to go back in the future.
Room tip: Rooms upstairs have balconies and lovely views of the sea, but wouldn`t be suitable for anyone w...

The owners of Anna`s apartments collected us from the port in Santorini. Anna`s Apartments are outside the village of Kamari. They are up a sandy lane from the beach, but this part of the beach is not good for swimming. The village is a pleasant 20 minute walk along the beach or 30 minutes along the road (5 minutes by car). However, that wasn`t a problem, as the owners brought us to the village/supermarket etc. whenever we needed to go.
We had a room with a sofa bed downstairs and a double and single upstairs. It was very comfortable, clean and cool and had a nice seating area outside shaded by some beautiful bougainvillea. The whole place was covered in the most beautiful flowers and the owners clearly take great pride in their property.
We were traveling with our kids and they loved the pool here.
There is a fantastic taverna on the beach just down the road from Anna`s where we ate some of the best food of our holiday.
This is a really welcoming, hospitable place and we would recommend these apartments for a quiet get-away.

"Amazing. Stay here now."Rate:  5 Stars
Elias and Anna are superlative hosts.
1.) If you`re arriving via ferry, let them now a day or two beforehand. They will pick you up, and drive you almost anywhere you need to go. They took us to the grocery store, the bus, Kamari.
2.) The beach near the apartments is black sandy and amazing.
3.) The apartments are roomy and reasonable, with amazing front porches.
4.) It`s a great place for a family, since you can cook your own meals and there`s a pool nearby.
The only con is that the beds are hard and sort of uncomfortable--as expected in Europe.
Room tip: Ask for a split level or 2nd story apartment.

Anna and Ilias are very nice people and very helpful and attentive to their customer needs. They drove us to Fira from the hotel and pick up us later (before we rent a car). The hotel is close to the airport but there are not many planes fortunately. The appartment was charming and clean. The pool is very nice. You have to rent a car if you stay there but very easy to get. And it is not expensive at all! The best quality price in Santorini I would say.

We have just returned from a family holiday at Anna`s appartments and can`t wait to go back next year! the room was beautiful and cleaned every day.we sometimes had the pool to ourslves. We went there for a family wedding and although the rest of our party were staying further into Kamari Anna and her husband drove us everywhere, to the supermarket, to Thira(the capital) into Kamari to meet the rest of our group and even picked us up after our meal every evening. I was unfortunate enough to fracture my wrist while we the there and Anna drove me around the island to the surgery she was lovely, so friendly and kind. Kamari is beautiful and there was plenty to do and see. I dont normally bother with leaving reviews but I felt Anna and her husband deserved the praise for helping us to have a wonderful holiday Thank you both x

"Excellent Hospitality"Rate:  5 Stars
My husband & I stayed here for the first 6 days of our honeymoon. The rooms were spacious and we loved having the kitchenette! The best part of our stay was the hospitality. They insisted on driving us all around the island. And when we didn`t know what to do, they gave us suggestions. Other reviews complain of the airport being so close. I think I only heard one plane the entire time. And the only reason I noticed it was because I was laying by the pool. We walked to down the beach (20 min) to Kamari several times to shop, eat and lay on the beach. We had a wonderful time here. Thank you for making our stay so enjoyable!
