"Good hotel and good price"

Rate:  5 Stars

I was staying in Modern Sultan Hotel in the single room for two days. I told since beginning that I don`t have credit card for the payment. But they don`t mind as long as I give them the detail of my flight number. They picked me up in the airport. The room was quite small, but it was more than OK for 40 euro per night in the peak season. The bathroom is small, but it`s very clean. The reception is very nice and informative. And the location, it`s amazing. Only 5 minutes walking distance to Aya Sofia, blue mosque, topkapi palace, cistern bassilica and many more. I really enjoyed my stay in Modern Sultan Hotel.

"Comfy and Cosy"

Rate:  4 Stars

This place is great. I have stayed here twice now and I would stay here again. It`s a stone`s throw from Hagia Sophia, Blue Mosque and the tram stop to venture over to Taksim. The breakfast was great and the staff are very helpful. Pay that little bit extra for the room with the view.

Room tip: The blue room has a great view but the room on the forst floor is much bigger if you need to spread...

"A quaint little gem!"

Rate:  4 Stars

I came to stay here by default as my original hotel that I booked did not honour my booking but bought me to this lovely little hotel instead. Aefie was helpful, friendly and very accommodating. My first room looked out over the Hagia Sofia- a stunning view! It is a short walk to many attractions: Hagia Sofia, The Blue Mosque, and more. I was able to walk to many restauraunts and shops. There is a tram stop just down the road for further exploring. The breakfast was plentiful and tasty. I would highly recommend this hotel. If you are not one for stairs you need to request a room on the first floor.

Room tip: If you are happy to climb the stairs to the third floor, ask for the beautiful room that overlooks H...

"Stop looking, Book it!"

Rate:  5 Stars

The location is the best. Only a 5 minute walk to Hagia Sophia and the Blue Mosque. The best part about this small, quant hotel (only 10 rooms) is the staff. Take their advice because they know the city and can help with restaurants, the bazaar, rug buying and so much more. I especially was fond of Mehmet, he was at the front desk. He was so very helpful and always was smiling. The breakfast was very good, no need to go anywhere else. Cold cuts, watermelon, tomatoes, yogurts, cheese, olives breads and much more. The room I had was on the 4th floor, and there is no elevator, was lovely. It was clean and and very comfortable. They can arrange transportation to and from the airport as well.
