    "`Home away from Home` Millenninium Suites,Istanbul"

    Rate:  5 Stars

Turkey as a country was always surrounded by `mystique` in my mind & Istanbul as its crown jewel epitomised mystique to the fullest. Right at the planning stage I was clear we`ll need at least 4 nights to get even a first glimpse of what Istanbul & Turkey really means. Research on the web raised the multiple possibilities of staying possibly in `modern` Taksim, the Asian side where most locals reside & Sultanahmet close to ` history`. We decided on Sultanahmet for getting the `full feel` for Istanbul & boy, did we enjoy how correct we were!?
What Mr.Alper`s Millennium Suites offered us far exceeded our expectations for it was a veritable ` Home away from Home`! Starting from his invite Email on how to get there from the Airport, to the spacious well-appointed clean room, to the personalised advise on what to see & how and of course the special care to our vegetarian food needs, Alper seemed all attention and care as if we were at home. He even offered us a ride in his own car to Taksim as we were enquiring on how to get there to meet our local friends! This culture of helpfulness is so ingrained in his team that in his absence, Mr.Taner stepped out to book a `Whirling Dervish` show for us and kid- gloved us through getting to Grand Bazar, the Spice Market, the Bhosphorus Boat Cruise etc etc.
Thank you Alper and your team led by Taner for going the proverbial `extra mile` to make our visit to Istanbul so very memorable. I`m sure we will want to return & advise our friends where to stay when in Istanbul next.

    Warm regards & best wishes,
    Krishnan

Room tip: We preferred 201 which has an open balcony!

My husband and I stayed in this hotel for 4 nights, and loved everything about it! The staff is incredibly attentive, accommodating, and helpful, the rooms are very comfortable, the breakfast was delicious, and you just can`t beat the location. Overall, it was a wonderful hotel and we give it our highest recommendation.

    "Best Hotel in Istanbul"

    Rate:  5 Stars

The Millennium Suites hotel, Management, and staff made my trip to Istanbul one of the best travel experiences. Their attention to detail and helping me get all the informaiton I needed was great. The hotel is a short walking distance to Aya Sophia and Blue Mosque in Sultanahmet. The hotel rooms are equivalent to a 5 star hotel with multiple flat screen tv`s and a luxury bathroom and high quality linen and the hotel is 100% new.. The staff is patient and worked hard to make sure I got everything I needed. I highly recommend this hotel.

    "Wonderful hotel"

We had a one night stay at this great hotel. Staff couldn`t be friendlier. Hotel is well situated being only a few blocks away from the Blue Mosque, underground cistern, and other attractions. Nice, large rooms to boot! When I return to Istanbul, this is the place I will stay! Thank you very much to the staff for making our stay a great one - wish I had been staying there longer!

"Great staff & close to the major sites"

    Rate:  5 Stars

Honestly, the staff of this hotel are responsible for my wife & myself wanting to revisit Turkey in the future. They were v.warm & caring. The hotel is close to some of the major sites & shopping is great too.

I would recomend this hotel with their wondeful staff in a heart beat......do try them out at least once & you will revist them again.

Room tip: the rooms at the back are the best but leave it to the Hotel staff & they will give a good room.
