    "Great surprise"

    Rate:  5 Stars

I booked this hotel at the last minute, and I didn`t know what to expect. It was cheap and oerfectly located. Once we checked in, they walked us to our room, and it was a great room. We had our private view to the Hagia Sophia from our bed, what an experience. Everything was clean, really cute. Their breakfast is great too, the best one we had in Turkey. Walking distance of the main attractions of Istanbul and from the tram stops. Love it.

"Right In the Middle of Great Sights"

    Rate:  4 Stars

Hotel staff looked after everything from the dining on the roof terrace restaurant to the breakfast downstairs in the mornings. The staff was kind, professional, and quick to assist. They aided in finding rooms that were more suitable when guests would join & when a balcony was needed to be able to enjoy the outside in privacy. They were able to direct to where tourism events occur with reading material and steering me in the right direction.

Always remember, however, this is the the center of tourism if one has not visited before. Carpet shops are on many corners for Turkish carpets are famous and so are the carpet presentations which you will be approached to try in hopes you will buy a carpet. Be advised. Nothing against the hotel, this place is a tourist Mecca. The hotel is in a near perfect location. You can walk to the "Blue Mosque", the Cistern Basilica and the Ayasofya Mosque and should have no problem finding your way back to the hotel. It is located about 500 feet from the tram line which run along a main route you can use to find all the shopping and eating you would need.

At this hotel (as with any hotel) if you choose to pay a few days at a time to keep your tab paid up - DO NOT loose your receipt.

    Enjoy it

Room tip: This particular hotel has no fitness room or swimming pool. Most of the hotels in this area did not...

The And is in the best location in Istanbul. The staff is amazingly friendly and helpful. The rooms are beautiful and the breakfast is delicious! The views from the rooftop restaurant at night are fantastic! What more can I say.

And Hotel was walking distance from many historical sites and a step away from the tram line which you could use for 2TL one way. The hotel room was renovated, clean and charming. The staff were very helpful especially when I needed help. The roof terrace is a restaurant with spectacular vies of Istanbul. And Hotel is the only accommodation we will stay in Istanbul from now on.

"My memorable stay @ And Hotel"

    Rate:  5 Stars

And Hotel is an amazing, charming, well organized boutique hotel in the best part of the Istanbul with the most caring and kind staff (Aydin, Engin, Necip, and many more)!

My room was beyond imagination, the window was facing the Blue Mosque and Ayasofya; and every morning, I felt that I am in heavn because of this view!

The room was clean and well decorated and equipped with all necessary things including a safe. The bathroom was perfect and I could not see anything wrong with it. The daily breakfast is another perfect point of the And Hotel because of the quality and variety of food.

Last but not not least, I do miss my midnight Turkish Tea and conversation with Engin (night manger of the hotel) at the outside cafe in front of the hotel! Thanks, Merci, and of course Tashakor!

Room tip: Any room; especially the corner ones 3rd floor and up.
