"Fornuftigt sted for børnefamilier"Rate:  4 Stars

Hjälpsamma i rec, svensktalande personal fanns i rec. Jättegoda drinkar i baren.

"The best resort ever."Rate:  5 Stars
We stayed here in July 2008...I know, a long time ago, but we never managed to write a review but I thought we should even though its late because we loved our stay here. The rooms are very nice and roomy. The staff are super friendly and helpful. It is very close to the beach. They have a store where you can buy all you need. It was a perfect holiday.

"Great place for family holiday"Rate:  4 Stars
We stayed for one week with our 2-year old son and my in-laws. Close proximity to a small uncrowded beach. The hotel apartments were fine with possibilitie to cook if you wanted. The restaurant on site was good along with nice staff, very nice to the children. Small supermarket on the premises to go for the morning bread or some other essentials. Easy acces to Chania center, and most importantly, the premises is away from the long row of hotels further west, but stil closer to the town. All in all a very pleasant stay for a week.

"A hellish week at Stellina Village"Rate:  1 Stars
We have just spent a hellish week at the Stellina Village, thank god I got it cheap on group on, feel ripped off, hugely disappointed, and in need of another holiday.
The location is hidden from the coast, on the wrong side of the hill with no sea view, the sun doesn`t hit the site until after midday because it`s the wrong side of the hill.
The food in the resort is the worst I have ever had, they had to be taught how to cook chips as they had been scared off by the frier, the breadwas a week old, all the food was always cold as the management would not let them have the food warming areas to be heated, they have the equipment but aren`t allowed to use it, they have some decent staff, Miri and Manon good guys, but even the staff are embarrassed by the lack of funding and tight nature of the place,
The rooms are functional, the ONLY saving grace is some decent Albanian staff, even they are embarassed that the boss refuses to heat the water in the day for showers after 10am, and the swimming pools are all cold. Everything has been done on the cheap, remember people, 4 stars is Not how nice a place is, its the misguided guide to a places facilities, and by hook or by crook the place has blagged 4 stars, but offers 1 star truth be known.the lace is built on a very severe hill, unsuitable for old people or anyone really, the walk from the pool to your room is like climbing everest, the grass looks like it`s never been cut, very scruffy, just a huge disappointment because I could be half decent, the staff are good, the place is modern, but it`s run on a shoestring and shows through in all important areas, like the England football team, sack the management, and the place can only improve
Very poor location, horrific food, poor design of the site, 4 star not even close!
Room tip: Go somewhere else

Hade all inklusive,

"Elendig All Inclusive"Rate:  2 Stars
All Inclusive: Morgenmadsbuffet OK! Frokost- og aftenbuffet var elendig. Vi spiste der kun 2 gange.
Room tip: Hold jer fra lejlighederne 83, 84 og 85!

"Toppen hotell!"Rate:  5 Stars

"Super hotel, but internet 6 EUR / hour"Rate:  4 Stars
Staff very friendly, good cleaning, good pool.
Restaurant 3/5 *, no one got seek from the restaurant, and over middle in ok good food.
No internet on the rooms, only internet very close to reception, and to 6 EUR / hour.
That is more expensive than Hilton in New York, which was the most expensive internet we had tried, before Stellina Village :-)
Because of the overexpensive internet, we had most of our meals at cafes with free internet.
Good beaches, and friendly staff at the beaches.
Golden Wheel rentals, 100 metres from the hotel, were half price of the Apollo rental car at the reception. We paid 230 EUR for Suzuki Jimmy Cabrio for 6 days with full insurance, and for extra 40 EUR, we got self risc premium down to 100 EUR. Free child seat. The jeep was 5-8 years old, but drove perfect, and when we delivered it back, they just asked: anything wrong with car, we said no, and they just trusted us, and didnt inspect car. Perfect service from a local rental company, almost half price of the Apollo cars at Stellina Village.

"Good hotel, Terrible Car rental"Rate:  4 Stars
The hotel itself and the staff were very well organized and helpful. I would agree with most of the positive comments from previous guests.
The car company Apollonia recommended by the hotel front desk was very disappointing.
They provided us with a car from 6PM for four days and as I picked it from the hotel in the evening I found that one of the front lights (low beam) is not working. In the morning on the following day the managers reply to my complaint was that "...you don`t need lights in Greece". We did not get any reimbursement of extra hours or money for the time we were not able to use the car. After some arguments the car was replaced in the morning with another one which had the engine diagnostics warning light on indicating immediate service. When I pointed it out to the manager he turned the car key all the way to start the engine (and switch the warning light off) and said "it is OK now".
I guess that they can afford that attitude having a constant, secured stream of customers via the hotel`s front desk.
I would never rent from them again and advise careful consideration for those about to visit Stellina Village.

"Nice and quiet family resort"Rate:  4 Stars
We stayed for two weeks with two small children at the newest part: Stellina Royal. The whole resort was very quiet, tidy, clean and easy accessible. Good food and very good service at both bars and at the restaurant and the market. Scandinavian guests. The city of Chania is easy to reach by public bus service. Several beaches are nearby, some of them have high standards according to facilities as bars, tavernas, showers and toilets.

"Good hotel for vacation and kids"Rate:  4 Stars
Nice hotel with good pools for kids and adults. There are sandy beaches about 3-500 meters from the hotel. The beach is much more protected from waves than the beach in Platanias, and I suppose that underwater currents is no problem at the closest beach.
Chania was a lovely city and is just 3-4 km from the hotel.
What I found annoying was all the Scandinavians reserving the sunbeds with towels, and the staff rather uninterested in doing anything about it.
Besides: The use of internet in the lobby costs 6€/hour which I find rather expensive. The restaurant in the hotel is also a bit too expensive compared to other places.

"Very good hotel with nice restaurant"Rate:  4 Stars
My gorlfriend and my visted this hotel on our vacation with Apollo (Denmark).
It was a nice stay.
The hotel is place en an area where there`r no restaurants, giftshop and so - just some small supermarked, where you can buy drink and food.
If you want to eat out you have to take the bus or cap to get to the nearst town. It`s cheap but a little bit iritating.
Othervise you can eat at the hotel. They serve cheap wood, and it`s very good.
The price of the stay is also low compared to nearby hotels.
There were many couples with children.
The beach is very nice. Only one day with waves the others days it was nice.
