"Fantastic (except for that hole)"

Rate:  4 Stars

I was allotted something the size of a hole for my first night. After my two nights in Berlin at the Sir FK Savigny Hotel in the same vicinity I was expecting a similar, chic and spacious boutique experience. I was so depressed after seeing my room that I sat in the lobby for 20 minutes contemplating if I should forgo the booking amount and check into another hotel.
The next day however, a sensible gentleman acquiesced to move me to a normal room that was fit for human dwelling. In fact it was very nice.
I seriously don`t understand why a hotel owner would risk jeopardising the reputation of his entire hotel and not let go of a corner room on a floor instead of shoving in an unsuspecting guest as myself. It just does not make business sense at all.
However, the room sizes explained and dealt with, I can tell you that the location is superb. It is on one of the fanciest areas in Berlin and I was very happy with the location of the hotel. Q Casa also has a lovely little sit out area where I used to love to sit and have my tea, morning and evening.
Q Casa is a great hotel in a great location only if you are not shoved in the "hole" like I was.

Room tip: Do not accept to be allocated a room in the corner. It is the size of a hole.

"Cool hotel - great location - friendly staff"

Rate:  4 Stars

Four days in Berlin - mix of business and pleasure - Q Casa spot on for both. Location very good - good choice of restaurants and convenient transport links. Room not small, but facing street was a bit noisy if window left open (we kept it closed, got quite hot - guess less of a problem in coming cooler months). Breakfast good. Staff consistently friendly and helpful. Great pictures in the lounge.

"Midweek break in Berlin"

Rate:  4 Stars

My wife arranged this mid week break as a birthday present and what a great present it was. The hotel is situated in the West End of Berlin which is a great place for the dedicated shoppers amongst us having all the prestigious retailers close at hand. Fortunately for me it was my birthday and I had come to see the sights on my first visit to Berlin and there are lots of sights to see. We got around by underground , bus and rail taking advantage of the Berlin visitor pass which we purchased for about 20E at Tourist information at the Airport (we were able to travel from Airport to Hotel and back on this)
The Hotel its self has had the benefit of a recent refurbishment and was therefore very comfortable indeed with all mod cons. It is a little bit on the small side which was a bonus for me because all the staff were genuinely friendly and helpful. There is no restaurant attached to the hotel so evening meals have to be taken out but again this was a plus as the local are is well served with all types of eating establishments in easy walking distance. They do however have a breakfast room with all manner of continental fair which was beautiful and I would rate for quality alongside much bigger establishments. All in all this was a great place to stay in a great city and represented fantastic value for money.

"Nothing more than fantastic"

Rate:  5 Stars

A stay at Q! Casa is something everyone should consider.
Not only because of the beautiful city of Berlin, but also to get an experience of a world class hotel, at a cheap rate.
The hotel is in it self beautiful, and stylish, and the rooms a big, and very well equipt, and with stylish furniture.
The staffe is in an entirely different league.
They are so helpful and kind, that it is a pure joy to get to talk to them*
i can only give all my recommendations to Q! Casa, and I hope that we get to come back soon.

"Great location, helpful staff, amazing breakfast, and spacious room!"

Rate:  5 Stars

This hotel was wonderful! Upon check in, we were very pleased with the friendly and helpful staff who welcomed us warmly and provided us with a lot of useful information about the city. When we got to our room, we were impressed with the cleanliness, modern decor, and spaciousness. The complimentary fresh fruit, bottled water, and Ritter Sport chocolates were also a plus!! The water pressure was good on the shower and we had all the amenities we needed (except maybe a shower cap). My favorite part of this hotel was the breakfast!! WOW, the food was outstanding and the selection was amazing. They made eggs for you to your liking and the scramble was so fluffy and delicious. The fruit, cheeses, breads, pastries, cereals, vegetables.....everything was so good. The location was fantastic as well - located right in the heart of the high class shopping district that resembled Rodeo Drive. We felt very safe in our neighborhood at all times of the day. I highly recommend this hotel if you are in Berlin!!

"New meaning of small"

Rate:  2 Stars

The property is well located just off the Ku`Dam with lots of restaurants nearby. The lobby is attractive, the staff were very helpful and pleasant, and the breakfast buffet would not be out of place in a 5 star hotel. Alas, there is a reason the price seems so reasonable. My single room was so tight that it was easier to slide over the bed than risk injury squeezing around it, The flat panel tv is about 6 inches diagonally and the desk barely large enough for an iPad (but it`s close enough to the bed so you don`t need the chair that isn`t provided).

Room tip: try the hotel across the street
