"Nice hotel, bad internet"Rate:  3 Stars
I stayed in the hotel for 5 nights in March, for business. The staff were friendly and welcoming. Despite not having a restaurant for lunch/dinner (which I thought was weird) I didn`t mind too much.
The rooms were comfortable and large enough. however, the internet was woefully slow, around 300kbs for 15 Euros is not exactly 21st century speed!
The location was good, with shops and the pedestrianised shopping zone just 10 mins walk, with underground lines close by.
I probably wouldn`t stay here again due to the slow internet speed - which was my main form of entertainment and english TV!

"The location is great"Rate:  4 Stars
Leonardo hotel berlin is in a heart of Berlin, and has the best Location for myself. Closeby is a very good shopping area with beautiful cafes and restaurants. My favorite one Starbucks and Back-up factory was with 2 minutes walk. As for the hotel it is not bad, but I expected more. We were given a room for disabled people and the toiletries were not that comportable for us, though the room was really big. The problem for me was the dust on the table and all over the room, I do not know why, because of the towels or I do not know maybe they do not clean it well enough.
The price is really high and the Customer Service is not that good and cleaning Service. But As much as the location is the best I recommend the hotel to everyone. I will return again.

"Modern hotel"Rate:  5 Stars
Cleanliness, breakfast, helpful staff, quite new furniture. Everything was perfect.
Very good connection with underground.
Maybe it would be better that wifi is included in the price but you have computer in the reception area.
Room tip: Choose room with included breakfast.

"Great find"Rate:  4 Stars
Arrived for a two night stay at the end of February. Unfortunately due to a family bereavement only stayed at this hotel for one evening. Basic but clean and modern hotel. Room a reasonable size, free safe, not great views but the hotel was very budget friendly so can`t complain. This hotel was easy to find and close to public transport links, just a very short walk from underground. Check in painless and the free computers in foyer is a nice touch. Will be back. Recommend the bar/restaurant Wilhelm Hoeck for traditional food just round the corner.

"Gorgeous hotel in a great neighbourhood"Rate:  5 Stars
We were here for a long weekend In February. We drove here and it was easy to find. Parking is a nightmare around the area, there is a hotel car park though round the back.
The room was lovely, bright and modern, lots of lifts servicing the floors. Bed was great, only thing was the duvets were so thin and the pillow so flat, I had to ask for another pillow on the 2nd night, and I got a really great big pillow.
Flat screen TV in room, standard programming, only English channels were BBC/CNN and other news channels.
Shower was great, free shampoo. Whole room was clean.
very peaceful area, fast food restaurants and nicer restaurants around the hotel.
Loved the buffet breakfast , I expected cold continental but it was hot and cold so you could have a full English breakfast, cereals, meat and bread, yoghurt, toast etc. its expensive but seemed good value.
Shame no free wifi in the rooms, but there are 2 free computers in the lobby.
Very close to the nearest tube station too.
would stay again.

"The most freezing reception service I have ever met"Rate:  4 Stars
We signed in on Good Friday, 2014, morning. The local time was about 10 am and thus it was easy to understand that we did not get the rooms that early. - I have to say that the reception service was the coldest - the most freezing literally - reception I have met during my life! The receptionist just had the worst day of her life and I she made me feel it! - Luckily all the other persons at the reception were kind and service-minded.
The hotel is at great location : The Wilmersdorfer undergound station is less than 100 meters away, meaning that it is easy to get around Berlin by undergound. Also, there are lot of shops in the nearness as well as cafes.
The breakfast buffer was good with many choices, meeting the expectations, no problems with that.
The rooms were as expected, the cleaning could have been a bit better, like cleaning dust from the bathrooms was not done, but mainly it OK. The rooms have A/C, although the A/C was turned off from the main switch during our stay.
Overall, the quality/price ratio was as we expected.
Room tip: Ask rooms from the 6th floor and you will get silent rooms.
