    "Wonderful place"

    Rate:  5 Stars

Thanks a lot to Rosys and her familiy for a wonderful stay this summer.

My family and I visited Rosys litte Village in july 2012, and it fully lived up to our expectations.
If you are interested in a place, where you sense the greek culture in buildings (rooms) and in people, it must be Rosys.

I will for sure come back.:-)

    Best regards,

    "Little Paradise"

    Rate:  5 Stars

I would call it `destiny`, this taste of paradise at Rosy`s....
Breath-taking sun-rises at 6 am, followed by splish-splash in the sea right after and healthy and balanced breakfasts, sitting at the balcony overlooking the sea, listening to the waves and birds, meditating and feeling unique and yet part of this, so perfect, universe .....
All in all, a warm and friendly atmosphere in a natural and genuine way.....
To be repeated, in big, big doses.... such is my recommendation !!!!!

Room tip: each room is unique

    "Home away from Home"

    Rate:  5 Stars

I have visited Rosy`s Little Village 4 times in the last 11 months...why i hear you ask, because for me its become a Home away from Home.

Everyone is friendly, welcoming and they treat you as a part of the family.

The food at Rosy`s is AMAZING. Everytime I leave I am 2-3lbs heavier in weight.

The views are amazing, the sunrise and sunset is very romantic and the island is perfect for a romantic get away. However, if you are a solo traveller then its the best place to escape to.

Reality seems to fade away and relaxation begins.

I can`t wait to go back at the end of September.

I felt like home but in good weather.
I liked the food which was a combination of good greek kitchen with touches of Nueveau cuisine.I liked also the little beach with its easy access to the water and the rich sea-bed perfect for snorkeling and fish feeding with bread crumbs

We couldn`t have wished for a better place for our holliday. Wonderfuld warm and totally relaxed and calm atmosphere, beautiful buildings, flowers everywhere, so many nice places to sit and enjoy the astonishing view over the sea and the mountains of Aegina, perfect food, and crystal clear water 10 steps away with many fish.
Also very nice that bicycles and canoes are for free. Our daughters on 9 and 11 really enjoyed that.
We will certainly come back to this little paradise.
    - And don`t let the economic crisis keep you away - we arrived at Athena airport, went by bus to Piraeus and then with ferry to Agistri - and everything went perfect.
So many thanks to Rosy, her husband and their wonderful family and staff.

    "Relaxing, easy going, delightful"

What a wonderful relaxing and easy going place. It takes a little effort to get there; plane, bus and boat but you are met by Rosy who is simply wonderful and taken to her `little village`.

Rooms are simple and very clean; good air con which was included. The food is good and the beer is cold and quick to be served as is the wine! The staff friendly and helpful but not over bearing.

If you are looking to get away from it all, sit in the sunshine and do nothing or borrow one of the canoes or bikes and be more active, you will love this place. It was quiet when we were there at the beginning of July and only a few children.

I have every intention of returning next year.........................

    "a cozy,relaxing,beautiful place"

We always wanted to find a room in this place because we had heard such good things about it...Well,we found out it was amazing ourselves!First of all the architecture of the place really resembles a Greek traditional village...The rooms represent a little house each, connected with small ``roads``,arches and steps, decorated with flower pots, beach pebbles and little tables with chairs in the tiny yards here and there...Inside,the rooms are simple, with wooden ceilings, traditionally styled, with beds ``built``on the walls and comfy matresses...I particurarly liked this kind of beds!!!We had a small balcony with nice view to the sea...The bathroom was of ample space and daily cleaned. We could pick between two private beaches, both equipped with sunbeds and beach umbrellas. You should know that one beach is rocky which has a small ladder to the sea and the other is sandy, more appropriate for kids. There are canoes and a small boat available for the guests.Above the beaches there is a terrace with sunbeds and chairs where you can relax, sunbathe and enjoy the wonderful view to the sea.Above the terasse you can find the restaurant and the snack bar in the shade, still with the same nice wiew! All these cleverly put together and harmoniously decorated...The location,Skliri of Agistri island is an unspoilt place, covered with pine trees and clear sea waters and very near Skala, the port and Halikiada the famous beach, which can be accessed on foot! What made an impression to me is that the hotel`s-or rather the little village`s-entrance is above the level of the rooms and the beaches,so the view is excellent from all spots!!We were picked up from the port by the friendly owners on our arrival and we were given a lift to the port on our departure. We had a pleasurable, relaxing stay and we will definitely come back, because we beleive it is a great value for our money and a unique place like no other on the island!
